These square format works on paper are part of a series called Shadow and Light. Simple photographic snapshots that capture this universal and beloved dichotomy are the foundation for layers of embellishment and extrapolation. With each “back and forth” we are presented with new interpretations of the original equation. Finally, together, we select a proper solution. QED
